Terms and Conditions

  1. Braden Believes in Dreams Memorial Foundation aka Braden Believes in Dreams Name and it's logo or likeness shall not be used by any unauthorized parties (including individuals, business, groups, or organizations) with out the expressed prior written consent of Braden Believes in Dreams Officers. 
  2. Braden Believes In Dreams is a volunteer organization, so all requests and inquiry will be responded to but may require extra time to allow for complete review and response by the volunteer team.
  3. All scholarship applicants must complete application forms, together with all required enclosures, and submit per the requirements listed on the application by the deadline stated on the organization website each year. All applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  4. Scholarship submissions are valid for the current award year applied for only. Applicants must file a new application for each successive year. 
  5. The method and schedule for processing applications will be determined by the Officers and Board of Directors.
  6. NON-ELIGIBILITY CLAUSE Children of Officers, Board of Directors, or Advisors are not eligible to receive scholarships offered by the Braden Believes In Dreams Memorial Foundation. Nor will substantial contributors, fund managers be eligible to receive scholarships. 
  7. EXONERATION: To the fullest extent permitted by state or federal law, no director or officer of this Corporation shall be personally liable to the Corporation or its members for damages. Board members shall not be automatically exonerated in the case of intentional misconduct. No amendment of the Articles of Incorporation or repeal of any of its provisions shall limit or eliminate the benefits provided to directors and officers under this provision with respect to any act or omission which occurred prior to such amendment or repeal.
  8. FUNDS The funds of the Foundation shall be obtained primarily from donations, Braden Believes In Dreams Memorial Foundation contributions will come from family members, friends, corporations and the general public. All funds received must be unconditional.
